Job Description:

Do you possess excellent communications skills in Dutch and a customer service mindset? Are you interested in working from one of the most beautiful islands in Greece and enjoy the Greek culture? This is a full-time job opportunity where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or are looking at relocating & working from Crete.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the first point of contact for all the Dutch speaking clientele
Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, email and / or online chats
Maintain solid customer relationships with Dutch customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

Native or excellent level in Dutch
Fluency in English
PC literacy
