Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dumper Operator to join our team in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. This is a contract position that requires a high level of proficiency in operating heavy machinery within a demanding work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate dumper trucks and other heavy mining equipment safely and efficiently
  • Transport materials such as ore, waste rock, and construction supplies across the operational site
  • Perform daily pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Report any mechanical issues or potential safety hazards immediately to supervisors
  • Adhere to all site safety regulations, traffic management plans, and operational procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members, including supervisors, maintenance personnel, and other operators
  • Ensure accurate completion of daily logs and production reports
  • Participate in regular safety training and toolbox talks

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 14 years of experience as a Dumper Operator
  • Proven experience operating dumpers and familiarity with other mining machinery such as excavators
  • Possession of valid operating licenses and certifications relevant to dumper operation in India
  • Strong understanding of mining operations and safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks as required
  • Excellent communication skills in [State language if not English] and English
