Requirements

Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 14 years of experience as a Dumper Operator
Proven experience operating dumpers and familiarity with other mining machinery such as excavators
Possession of valid operating licenses and certifications relevant to dumper operation in India
Strong understanding of mining operations and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment
Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks as required
Excellent communication skills in [State language if not English] and English

Job Responsibility

Operate dumper trucks and other heavy mining equipment safely and efficiently
Transport materials such as ore, waste rock, and construction supplies across the operational site
Perform daily pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
Report any mechanical issues or potential safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Adhere to all site safety regulations, traffic management plans, and operational procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate effectively with other team members, including supervisors, maintenance personnel, and other operators
Ensure accurate completion of daily logs and production reports
Participate in regular safety training and toolbox talks
