Requirements

Experience operating Heavy Surface Mining equipment, ideally CAT 785 or larger mechanical-drive Dump Trucks in a hard rock production mining environment
preferably 2 years+
Experience operating under Priority Rules
Experience operating using a Fleet Management System
Operating exposure on Ancillary Mobile Mining equipment highly regarded
A flexible approach to work and helping others, including regular hot seating activities
A strong focus on safety and best practices within the mining industry
The ability to work 12.5-hour shifts, including nights
A current WA C-class manual driver’s licence: HR preferred
You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and you’re passionate about achieving goals together

Job Responsibility

Operating Dump Trucks in a hard rock open pit mining environment
Conducting pre-start safety checks on mobile mining equipment
Reporting any hazards and contribute to a safe working environment
