Job Description:

Coordinates real estate sale and acquisition transactions, including land augmentation by participating in due diligence and closing processes; participates as a team member in multi-site acquisitions and divestments. Track current and future development projects and assist in providing updates to senior management. Partner with Development Managers on site selection criteria and corporate approval process.

Job Responsibility:

Assists in providing updates to senior management
Partners with Development Managers on site selection criteria and corporate approval process
Assists with special projects, site analysis, demographic studies, traffic count analysis
Maintains highest degree of confidentiality and discretion in all real estate activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
2 years' experience in real estate, asset management and property management
Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Must be forward thinking with high attention to detail
Understands strategic and tactical business initiatives
