Due Diligence Coordinator

• Conducting customer due diligence and enhance due diligence for completeness and accuracy, adhering to Wells Fargo policies and procedures, regulatory requirements (AML, KYC)
• identifying potential risks and escalating issues as needed
• engage with clients indirectly through relationship managers to support meeting policy and regulatory requirements
• identifying opportunities to streamline the onboarding process and enhance efficiency
• learn and apply your knowledge of financial services and operations to daily tasks
• receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
• interact with immediate team and due diligence area on wide range of information

6+ months of due diligence experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Bachelor's Degree or Graduation in any stream
• good verbal and written communication skills
• quick learner
• knowledge of AML/KYC

Flexible for rotational shifts as per business requirement
