Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
Lead and support your team, nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Maintain compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations
Monitor and drive business performance including KPIs and targets
Support patient engagement and satisfaction through excellent service
Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training for practice staff
Work closely with clinical teams to support exceptional standards of care
Requirements:
Experience as a Practice Manager (or similar leadership role in healthcare/dentistry)
Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards
Confident leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness and ability to manage practice performance
