Significant experience in working within services for adults with mental health issues and learning disability
A strong and experienced leader who is able to lead from the front and support and empower their teams to succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders
Level 4 or 5 Leadership & Management or working towards this. Minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults
Flexible to be able to travel across two services across Blackpool and Bolton, and to be on site at services. Manage your time effectively across the two

Job Responsibility

Overseeing two services for adults with mental health issues within supported living services
Lead and support the teams in the effective delivery of care and support
Ensure the safe and effective support provided for adults with mental health issues which may also include self-harmers
Supervise and support a team of support staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management
Ensure safeguarding procedures are rigorously followed, safeguarding vulnerable adults at all times
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including care records, incident reports, and compliance audits
Monitor service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability of the service
Full time role, Monday to Friday with the expectation to work flexibly where needed and on call duties for 1 in 9 weeks
