Job Description:

Consensus is a care provider and community dedicated to inspiring and empowering people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role is for a Service Manager to lead the team in Burton Joyce & Linby, Nottinghamshire, at Bridle Lodge and The Spinnies services. The role focuses on leadership, ensuring service quality, team development, and financial management.

  • Promote quality assurance, working towards legal, clinical, statutory, and organisational obligations, to develop effective work strategies and processes, ensuring that the business is run in an efficient and responsible manner
  • Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance
  • Be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Requirements:

  • Plenty of experience working with those with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours
  • Experienced Service Manager looking for a new challenge – with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, flexible and efficient – happy to work on a shift basis and, where required, be on call
