Our client, a reputable provider of specialist social care services, is hiring for a dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two solo placement homes in St Helens area of Merseyside. These homes support individuals with emotional and behavioural difficulties, including some with complex behaviours.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire your team
Maintain OFSTED compliance
Create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience within social care settings, particularly with complex behaviours
Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care standards
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to motivate and develop staff in a supportive environment
A compassionate approach with a focus on positive outcomes for individuals
Relevant management qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
Valid registration with the appropriate social care regulator
Experience managing residential care settings supporting individuals with complex needs
