Job Description

Dual Registered Manager for two solo placement homes in the Anfield area of Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to join a values-driven organisation that is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people with mild EBD.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing strong, visible leadership to both staff teams
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations 2015
  • Driving high standards of care and safeguarding practices
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Supporting, supervising and developing staff to achieve excellence
  • Building positive partnerships with external agencies, families and stakeholders
  • Leading on care planning to ensure tailored, child-centred support

Requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within children's residential care
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding frameworks
  • Experience managing challenging behaviours and complex needs
  • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
