Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Dual Park Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across Lower Hyde and Landguard holiday parks. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start, suited to someone who leads from the front and is comfortable running two sites at once. You’ll be visible, decisive, and trusted to keep standards high, teams supported, and the guest experience consistent across both parks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing daily operations across two holiday parks
  • Leading, supporting, and holding teams to account
  • Creating and managing rotas to ensure effective staffing
  • Overseeing activities and entertainment delivery, tailored to each park
  • Maintaining operational and guest-facing standards at all times
  • Acting as the senior on-site presence, resolving issues as they arise

  • Keeps swimming pool equipment in perfect operating condition, checks purification and treatment levels of pool water and ensures pool area is kept safe
  • Monitor the level and quality of services performed by outside contractors in accordance with all lease agreements, service contracts and warranties. Maintains accurate records including serial numbers on all equipment. Ensures implementation of ongoing preventative maintenance program and keeps accurate monthly records of services performed according to manufacturer’s recommendations
