Job Description:

We’re seeking a talented Bilingual Spanish HR Coordinator to help us deliver outstanding associate and guest experiences. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our associates and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist associates and visitors by welcoming, directing, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional approach
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding paperwork, drug testing, and coordinating new hire orientation
  • Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure confidentiality of all employment records and hotel-related information
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for associates on benefit programs and HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and leaders as needed and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude, excellent service skills, and a passion for people
  • Knowledge of HR policies and general employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, and EEOC
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to stay organized, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative
  • Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs and follow all company work rules and procedures
