Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
  • Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
  • Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling

Requirements:

  • A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
  • An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
  • Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
