We are seeking a Dual Assistant General Manager to co-lead daily operations across two distinctive Marriott-brand hotels in Austin, TX — The Otis Hotel and AC Hotel Austin. In this high-impact, dual-property hotel management role, you will serve in a true General Manager-in-training capacity, overseeing rooms, food and beverage, guest services, and associate development across both properties. The ideal candidate is an experienced Assistant General Manager, hotel operations manager, F&B Director, or Rooms Division Manager with a proven track record in team leadership, associate development, and operational excellence.
