Job Description:

Step into a key role within a large-scale transformation of Quality Control laboratory operations across Europe. For a leading client, Amaris Consulting is looking for a DT Technical Lead to drive the evolution and deployment of critical laboratory systems. You will play a central role in shaping the technical landscape of LIMS solutions, supporting both new site implementations and future system upgrades. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic impact in a highly regulated GxP environment, where your work directly contributes to operational excellence and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and challenge technical solutions related to LIMS (LabWare) and laboratory applications
  • Translate business needs into scalable and compliant technical designs
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across systems and projects
  • Support the evolution towards future LIMS platforms (LabWare v8)
  • Contribute to requirements definition and system configuration
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment activities in GxP environments
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Work closely with QC laboratory stakeholders, Digital & IT teams, External partners (e.g., LabWare)
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear communication and documentation
  • Act as a trusted advisor across multidisciplinary teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance and usability
  • Contribute to long-term digital transformation initiatives
  • Support standardization and best practices across sites

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with LIMS or laboratory informatics systems
  • Hands-on technical and functional expertise (not purely managerial)
  • Proven experience in GxP-regulated environments (GMP, validation)
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex systems and processes
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong collaboration skills in international environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience with LabWare LIMS
  • Knowledge of ELN, Empower, or chromatography systems
  • Experience in pharma or biotech industries
  • French language skills
