Job Description:

The role is mainly responsible for the overall profitability of the distributors and the design of the distributor business model, optimizing it to support the company strategy. In scope also is the governance of all policies between the company and distributors and setting the framework on how the distributor should conduct their business. A disciplined project management approach in recommending and deploying various distributor development solutions are required for the role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Forecasts how current events and plans impact the financial model of the distributor and recommends win-win interventions to protect the integrity of the distributor business model
  • Networks across the organization to keep all policies updated and designs/deploys the structural interventions to enable compliance to these policies
  • Designs the operating model, financial model and reward model of the distributors
  • Identifies and engages stakeholders and owns the governance of change/transformation management
  • Connects with relevant individuals/teams locally and globally to be able to move distributor development projects forward and deliver on-time and in-full
