Requirements

Experience operating Tajima or similar multi-head embroidery machines. Minimum 2 years of experience
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Ability to follow instructions and work orders
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Willing to stand for long periods and lift up to 6 lbs
At least 2 to 5 years of previous embroidery machine operation experience
At least 2 years of “Hooping” of garments for embroidery
Must be able to fluently speak and understand English
Time Management Completing orders within the stipulated time frame to ensure timely delivery to clients
Attention to Detail Ability to closely follow design specifications and produce high-quality embroidery

Job Responsibility

Set up Tajima embroidery machines, including the loading of garments/letters/numbers using DST Files
Selecting the thread, fabric, hoops, and designs appropriate for each project
Ability to carefully perform small troubleshooting exercises when needed
Perform regular machine inspections and report any issues
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
QC is key: detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to a supervisor
