Job Description:

This role has been designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Manages virtually (by phone, electronically or social media) a set of assigned or acquired accounts. Builds, maintains and forecasts sales pipeline, creates and develops account plans. Works closely with company outside sales, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure. May generate and qualify leads to create new sales opportunities. Sets and executes sales strategy for assigned portion of account, territory or industry vertical.

  • may partner with field sales or sell independently
  • Creates account plan for a portion or a set of assigned accounts that are of low to medium complexity
  • May generate and qualify potential leads to be passed to the Inside Sales team
  • Builds targeted sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales)
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
  • Foundational understanding of company's portfolios of products and services
  • Foundational industry knowledge in a particular territory
  • Foundational communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work and collaborate in a team environment
  • Depending on role, may require hunter approach or strategic farmer or relationship selling approach
  • Foundational knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system

  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify clients’ DD and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, as relevant to Logifuture operations, including updates and maintenance of the clients DD databases and approve clients’ applications according to the main AML principles
  • Review and validate customer documentation such as IDs, proof of address, and financial statements utilising third party platform, where applicable
  • Perform DD on the suppliers via the dedicated supplier onboarding platform
  • Assist with research on compliance requirements with local and international gambling regulations (depending on Logifuture business plans and needs)
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with regulatory audits and reporting, as may be required
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes in KYC and AML procedures within the gambling industry
