Job Responsibility:
Digital Execution: Utilize our proprietary geo-tagged mobile application, Hawkeye, to record and track every market visit in real-time
Maintain rigorous Market Hygiene standards by auditing stock levels, pricing compliance, and shelf health
Ensure 100% Brand Availability and premium Visibility (brand placement, brand availability, POSM placement, ) across all assigned wine shops
Strategic Route Planning: Strictly adhere to the monthly PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) beat schedule
Ensure consistent coverage of your designated territory in Mumbai, optimizing travel time for maximum market impact
Report daily insights and competitor activities directly through the digital ecosystem
Consumer Advocacy & Conversion: Act as a brand advocate on the shop floor, confidently engaging with walk-in consumers
Execute "Sell-Out" strategies by educating consumers on the heritage, taste profiles, and quality of Pernod Ricard brands
Actively convert consumers from competitor brands to our portfolio through persuasive storytelling and advocacy
Requirements:
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating geo-tagged mobile apps and using data to guide daily operations
Market Specialist: Deep understanding of the Mumbai retail landscape (Wine Shops/Off- trade) and consumer behaviour
