We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Protection & BWV Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the DSAR/BWV Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the business remains compliant with data protection legislation, regulations, and company policies. This role is responsible for coordinating, gathering data, and responding to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), alongside administering and managing Body Worn Video (BWV) requests. You will also respond to Police enquiries and ensure all requests are handled accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Job Responsibility:
Ensure Enforcement Agents comply with company policies and procedures
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders as required
Ensure footage is viewable within agreed SLAs
Respond to Police queries received via One Trust
Assist with requests for copies of video footage under data protection legislation
Monitor and manage internal footage requests
Receive and prioritise DSARs within the business
Collate information accurately and within required timeframes in line with GDPR and ICO guidance
Liaise with colleagues across departments to gather relevant information
View, download, edit, and redact BWV footage and call recordings in accordance with company policy
Identify when requests are not DSAR-related and manage appropriately
Provide support to the On Street Audit team when required
Complete all mandatory Marston Holdings Group training and any additional training agreed with your Line Manager
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience of data protection principles and regulations
Good general and technical education relating to the ICO and Data Protection Act
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience presenting and reporting factual information
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of the enforcement industry, regulators, and relevant legislation
