Job Responsibility

  • Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
  • Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors
  • Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-contractors
  • Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards
  • Ensure project documents are completed accurately and timely
  • Identify and communicate the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in drywall project management in the commercial construction industry
  • Ability to travel to various construction sites
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Pass E-Verify
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage and direct onsite project teams to successful completions
