Dry Yield Data Collector

Drive accuracy and performance across poultry yield operations as a Dry Yield Data Collector, responsible for tracking Whole Bird (WOG) yield, including Boneless Breast and Boneless Thigh performance. You will ensure accurate data collection and reporting while partnering with operations to understand how yield is impacted across each stage of processing. In this role, you will use SAP, Microsoft Office, and other systems to calculate and monitor yield data that supports key operational and financial decisions. Your work will directly contribute to identifying improvement opportunities and driving consistency across the process.
