William Vaughan Company is helping in the search for a Dry Wall Finisher for a General Contractor based in Holland, OH. They are seeking a skilled individual to join their team. As the Dry Wall Finisher, you will play a crucial role in sealing joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing imperfections on walls and ceilings to create surfaces that are suitable for final treatment. To be successful as a drywall finisher, you should be able to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high quality of work. Ultimately, an excellent drywall finisher will utilize sound techniques to produce high-quality drywall finishes on time. If you have a strong background in drywall/construction and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!

  • Ensuring that all equipment and materials are used safely and effectively

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with dry wall
  • Experience using common taping tools, corner tools, all box types, Bazooka, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Engages in efficient time management to ensure tasks are prioritized based on importance and urgency
  • Knowledge of the applicable safety guidelines
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours
