Job Responsibility:
To plan, organise, lead and control the day to day operation of the Dry Goods departments ensuring company objectives are met
Delivery of required processes and stock management
To oversee Training and Development and ensure robust Health and Safety and Food Safety Programmes are adhered to by all Dry Goods Departments at New World Stoke
To provide support and direction to all Dry Goods Departments
To achieve sales, gross profit, wage targets and retail excellence across all of our dry goods departments
