Job Description:

We are looking for a Dry Goods Manager to join our team at New World Stoke and take our retail execution to the next level. If you’re looking for that next big opportunity, or want to take a big step in your career, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • To plan, organise, lead and control the day to day operation of the Dry Goods departments ensuring company objectives are met
  • Delivery of required processes and stock management
  • To oversee Training and Development and ensure robust Health and Safety and Food Safety Programmes are adhered to by all Dry Goods Departments at New World Stoke
  • To provide support and direction to all Dry Goods Departments
  • To achieve sales, gross profit, wage targets and retail excellence across all of our dry goods departments
