Job Responsibility:

  • Receive, document, and separate soiled linens, terry, uniforms, and/or clothing
  • Identify stained or damaged items
  • Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery, including adding chemicals, and cleaning lint traps
  • Apply treatment to stained items
  • Press and fold cleaned articles
  • Hand wash garments
  • Respond to guest requests for laundry/dry cleaning, minor repair, and pressing
  • Maintain records of laundered items and uniforms distributed and returned
  • Deliver laundry/dry cleaning to guests and employees
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
