Job Responsibility

Operate and maintain dry cleaning equipment, ensuring proper use of cleaning solvents and chemicals
Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special care instructions before cleaning
Apply appropriate cleaning methods based on fabric type and care labels
Perform stain removal treatments using specialised techniques and products
Press and finish garments to a high standard, ensuring they are wrinkle-free and properly shaped
Conduct basic mending and alterations as needed
Sort and organise cleaned items for customer pick-up
Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns professionally
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
