Drug and Alcohol Key Worker

• Hold a combined caseload of both complex young people and their families
• Provide specialist assessments, care planning and interventions around drugs and alcohol use
• Deliver evidence based psychosocial and educational brief interventions
• Take a whole family approach to the problem of parental substance misuse
• Support in the delivery of clinical interventions, including prescribing, drug screening and other physical health interventions
• Cover additional service hours on a rota basis
