Job Responsibility:
Checking billing systems, daily reports for new drop bury orders
Enter drop buries into 3rd party locate system
Assign cleared located drop bury orders to appropriate crews
Drive completion of drop buries to stay within SLA
Monitor emails for customer issues and concerns
Work closely with all field office locations
Monitor Penguin to keep job statuses up to date
Ensure efficient and effective routing of cleared pending drop buries to the appropriate crews
Continuously monitor and adjust work assignments to ensure SLA’s are met
Maintain accurate information notes within the necessary systems
Interact with field leadership to ensure all work is completed on time
Use billing system, Microsoft Office applications and other computer programs
Respond to internal and external requests for help in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:

Knowledge of cable television products and services
Flexibility with work schedule required (weekends)
High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required
