Drone Pilot

• Comply with applicable federal regulations while flying unmanned aerial systems on behalf of projects and interests
• Act as visual observers
• Maintain proficiencies as required for the mission/project they are assigned to
• Serve in additional roles such as training, subject matter expert, mission commander, project lead, and/or other leadership roles needed by the Unmanned Aerial Systems department

• Six months of RPIC experience flying in the energy utilities sector
• Six months of logged wire-environment flying for commercial purposes
• FAA Part 107 Commercial Remote Pilot in Command Certificate
• NC DOT UAS Commercial Permit
