Job Description:

Responsible for providing safe and timely transportation to hotel guests and assisting them with luggage or packages. Other duties include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, inspecting vehicles for damage, refueling, and reporting incidents. Must have excellent guest service skills, valid driver's license, and flexible availability. Job Responsibility:

Provide safe and timely transportation to hotel guests
assist guests with luggage/packages
maintain cleanliness of the vehicles
park vehicles in designated locations when not in use
inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness
check tire pressure and fluid levels
refuel vehicles as necessary
notify appropriate personnel of vehicle maintenance needs
document all vehicle incidents and provide reports to manager or supervisor
perform safety training and certifications
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
ensure a clean and professional uniform and appearance
assist individuals with disabilities
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
comply with quality assurance standards

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
excellent guest service skills
availability to work a flexible schedule
