Transport co-workers safely and punctually according to the approved routes and schedules. Ensure the assigned bus is maintained in a safe, clean, and roadworthy condition through regular inspections and maintenance checks. Strictly follow and adhere to the duty schedule (routes and bus timings). Follow all IKEA safety standards, traffic regulations, and road safety procedures. Represent IKEA professionally by providing a friendly and respectful experience for co-workers. Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents immediately to the direct manager. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle checklists. Support the business by carrying out additional tasks assigned by the direct manager or P&C Manager when required.
