Driver

As a driver at Albert Heijn, you will work independently with a delivery van to deliver groceries. Physical work is no problem for you, such as lifting crates up to fifteen kilos. You also find it easy to regularly get in and out of the van. You will be well-prepared with an extensive training guided by a buddy. This colleague will teach you exactly how to deliver groceries on time and neatly. Besides delivering groceries, you also collect empty bottles and crates. You will carefully record them in the administration and complete payments using a mobile card machine. After completing your route, you return to the HSC. You unload the van, and hand in all equipment at the distribution point. Ready for more? You can grow internally to become a buddy or a team leader through internal training programs.
