Job Responsibility:
Responsible for transporting guests and visitors to property or area destinations
Provide warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of Resort including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guest
Provide assistance in and out of vehicles of all guests
Work closely with bell persons, concierge and guest service agents
Maintain traffic control ensuring fire lanes are kept clear
Give directions to area sites and special events
Be knowledgeable of all site and Resort events and activities
Be knowledgeable of emergency and safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness of the parking circle and parking lot areas
Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles at all times
Requirements:
Must have a valid unexpired drivers license
Must pass an MVR check and have a good driving record
Excellent communicator with our Guests and visitors
Proactive in assisting and providing information
Excellent communicator with Front Office team members and associates from other departments
Available to work days, weekends, evenings and holidays
