Job Description:

Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle. Document all trips, inspect vehicles, perform basic maintenance checks, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction while upholding Marriott's hospitality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Transport guests to/from assigned destinations
Document all trips
Park vehicle in designated location
Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness
Check tire pressure and fluid levels
Refuel vehicles as necessary
Notify personnel of vehicle maintenance needs
Document vehicle incidents
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Address guests' service needs
Exchange information with other employees
Maintain quality assurance standards

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Ability to document trips
Vehicle inspection skills
Ability to report maintenance needs
Ability to complete safety training
Clean and professional appearance
Ability to assist individuals with disabilities
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to develop positive working relationships
Ability to read and verify information
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
