Job Responsibility

Schedule material deliveries and work with drivers to ensure the correct truck/trailer are dispatched for the job
Manage document controls, including scanning and filing BOL’s, driver POD’s and inspection logs
Update warehouse inventory
Coordinate vehicle maintenance
Work with the warehouse team to minimize overtime and maximize efficiency
Operate forklifts to assist drivers and receive incoming orders
Meet with the warehouse team to discuss productivity, and develop lean organization
Help keep warehouse clean & organized
Stage product/materials
Additional tasks as required
