Job Responsibility

Carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles as scheduled, completing all relevant paperwork with the customer
To drive vehicles in a safe, lawful manner considering the weather and traffic conditions, reporting all faults with vehicles driven
Ensure all documentation is correct when transferring vehicles
Report any accidents, incidents to your Team Leader without delay
Comply fully with health and safety legislation
Maintain a high level of customer care/satisfaction
To be aware of and adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position or environment
To be responsible for the collection of payments and receipts and to ensure the correct banking procedures are followed on return to the office
Wash, vacuum, clean and polish all cars using the approved materials and equipment to present the vehicles to the customer in accordance with company standards
Carry out overall presentation checks, and cleanliness of the repaired vehicle
