Job Description:

IT Fleet Automotive has a dynamic approach to business so we can ensure our clients are our main priority. We are looking for a driver trainer to join our existing training team. The role will mostly be based at our head office in Raydon (CO7 6QD), with off-site traveling required where necessary.

Job Responsibility:

Training and supporting new driver/inspectors up to IT Fleet Automotive standards
Delivering a two-day onboarding program (Day 1 online, Day 2 in-person)
Driving and maintaining standards within the Inspections/driving team
Providing ongoing development
Assisting with audits, retraining and helping improve existing processes
Conducting driver assessments and retraining
Addressing customer complaints related to vehicle appraisals
Supporting operational processes such as equipment management and driver retention initiatives
Working closely with the Transport Manager and other departments to maintain performance standards and foster strong relationships within the team
Live the organisational values of It Fleet Automotive at all times whilst at work and when representing the organisation externally
Promote and protect the equality, diversity, rights and responsibilities of individuals
Adhere to all health and safety policies of the organisation and take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and others
Adhere to the requirements of IT Fleet Automotive’s Data Protection and Confidentiality policies at all times

Requirements:

Training background
Preferably with experience or knowledge of the vehicle transport industry
