Job Responsibility

Ensure quality work is maintained by all personnel and sub-contractors
Maintain and foster further client relationships, with the focus of providing additional services and support
Supervise site activity and team members including direct Leading Hands, Tradespeople and Apprentices
Complete labour task activity time keeping, for all Projects assigned daily
Plan the work and ensure that deadlines are met
Report potential industrial relation problems
Plan and forecast of manning levels in co-operation with the Project Manager
Ensure correct materials ordering procedures are adhered to by checking received materials against packing list and notifying project management team if there are any discrepancies
Strict compliance with all policies and procedures such as engineering method statements or company OH&S requirements
Ensure all plant and equipment onsite is maintained in a serviceable condition and reports any damage to equipment immediately to the Equipment and Stores Manager
