Job Description:

Driver position responsible for transporting hotel guests using property vehicles, maintaining vehicle condition, documenting trips, and providing excellent guest service at Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Fengjing.

Job Responsibility:

Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle
Document all trips prior to and at conclusion of each trip
Park vehicle in designated location when not in use
Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness
Check tire pressure and fluid levels
Refuel vehicle as necessary
Notify appropriate personnel of vehicle maintenance needs
Document all vehicle incidents and provide reports to manager
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Follow all company policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Communicate clearly using professional language
Exchange information with other employees using electronic devices
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations
Read and visually verify information in various formats
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Respond to work situations at appropriate speed
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience required
No supervisory experience required
Ability to document trips
Vehicle inspection skills
Ability to report maintenance needs
Ability to complete safety training and certifications
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Manual dexterity and motor skills
