Job Description

As a Driver (Fleet Specialist), you'll be out in Stockholm every day - driving our vans, keeping our vehicles deployed and collecting them when needed. It's hands-on, city-based work that keeps Voi running. We have our In field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Stockholm area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible. We also have our mechanical team, who keeps our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground.

Job Responsibility

  • Collecting and deploying Voi vehicles across the city
  • Searching for and recovering damaged vehicles in the field
  • Swapping batteries and carrying out quick on-site repairs
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs at the warehouse
  • Disassembling and recycling vehicles beyond repair
  • Receiving, packaging and preparing new vehicles and batteries
  • Keeping the fleet tidy - spotting damaged vehicles, clearing up parking spots, lifting fallen vehicles

Requirements

  • A valid Swedish or EU driving licence (category B)
  • Good English, spoken and written
  • A solid knowledge of Stockholm and confidence driving in the city
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools, repairs or vehicle maintenance
  • Prior driving experience in logistics or a similar role
