Job Description:

Join the # 1 Beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Buzzballs, Titos, VMC, Gallo and many more! The Driver Check-In Coordinator is responsible for processing delivery drivers at the end of their routes and ensuring all returned product, paperwork, and transactions are verified accurately. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, proper financial reconciliation, and clear communication between delivery, inventory, and warehouse teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in planning, preparation, and placement of approved orders, making timely adjustments with suppliers
  • Track and expedite orders, adjust book inventories, and review daily quantities
  • Report daily inventory levels, generate monthly sales and inventory reports, and input required information into the computer
  • Coordinate trucking and rail transportation of product orders to minimize costs and ensure timely receipt
  • Support the Inventory Manager in purchasing and communicating with beverage product suppliers, including planning, preparing, and placing purchase orders approved by the Vice President of Operations
  • Other duties as assigned
