Job Description:

An Ofsted Outstanding (2024) school in Westminster are searching for a Drama Teacher or Drama ECT to join their large team in September 2025. There is scope to take on a TLR for an experienced Drama Teacher, particularly Head of Year (KS3). The school have an amazing creative arts facility including a purpose-built performance hall and auditorium. The school is continuously one of the highest achieving comprehensive schools in borough, having been outstanding for multiple inspections in a row. There is no pressure of an Ofsted any time soon! The school boasts excellent support for ECTs and experienced teachers alike, as well as a great wellbeing programme which includes later starts, earlier finishes, support networks, shared resources, modern CPD and more.

Requirements:

Drama Teacher / Drama ECT with UK QTS
Drama specialist desired, but flexibility for the right Humanities Teacher
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken English essential
