Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced drainage person who will be responsible for obtaining relevant and accurate data to produce quotes for further work to be carried out following reactive work completed by our engineers, as well as dealing with surveys and site plans. This is a role that would really suit someone who has been a Drainage Engineer and would like to make the move off the tools. We are flexible on the number of hours to be worked. This is an office-based role and you will be required to support varying areas of the business depending on business needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reviewing CCTV footage and compiling relevant reports
  • Carrying out site-surveys
  • Compiling further recommendations from our vision system where an engineer has been on a reactive job and has recommended that further work be carried out
  • Liaising with our customers and engineers on a daily basis
  • Organising and ordering any equipment required for the work to be carried out
  • Using our in-house system to log all jobs, quotes and relevant information and maintaining this information on an ongoing basis
  • Managing paperwork for any financial and compliance requirements
  • Ensuring that any SLA’s are adhered to
  • Site plans (training can be given)

Requirements:

  • Someone from a drainage background who would like to move into an office-based role who also has a good level of admin/customer service skills
  • Experience of CCTV and drainage surveys
  • Experience providing quotes
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong administration and IT skills – using Microsoft packages
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
