Job Description

The Drainage Services Manager’s purpose is to lead & manage the drainage operations team, developing an operations programme of work in line with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values. They will be responsible for ensuring Company policies are implemented, monitored, and audited, ensuring resources and equipment are adequate for the workload. They must ensure that work standards meet the client expectations and always maintain client and colleague communications. Play a crucial part in growing the division, helping to shape strategies, expand our client base and contribute to the long-term success of the business.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have a driving licence, ideally hold a management or industry-related qualification, and bring senior-level experience within a commercial, multi-divisional environment, including strong knowledge of legislation, health and safety, risk management, and contracts
