Job Description:

Working as a Team leader to deliver Patching, Lining & Cutting solutions to our valued clients, in both regulatory and non – regulatory Environments. The majority of works will be on our established frameworks with the country’s leading water companies. You will work as a team member and being responsible for all site activity ensuring the team are working safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale.

Job Responsibility:

  • To manage Patching, Lining & Cutting works completed on site
  • To offer support so that all Ipsum site and reporting process’ are adhered to fully
  • To be a role model for your team, passing on experience to further the development and skill set of operatives
  • Work towards the compliance of site staff with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment
  • Ensure Company policies are always adhered to
  • Ensure all site related incidents are reported
  • Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalate
  • Always establish good relationships and communication and resolve issues and early resolution of any potential problems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience and/or qualifications within the Utilities and/or Drainage Industry
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  • Patching City and Guilds
  • EUSR – Patching and Lining
  • Experience of leading a patching team
  • NRSWA Streetworks
  • Confined space level 2 and above
