Drainage Ground Worker

• Carrying out drainage repairs and excavations on site
• Working on ground work projects, drainage related minor repairs, pipe work renewals, patch lining fixes and general reinstatements across commercial and residential and industrial
• Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Commitment to working for a 24/7 and 365 service provider – this may involve participation in on call rotas or occasional unsociable hours

• Experienced ground worker/labourer from a drainage/construction background
• Experience in areas such as concreting, flagging, tarmacking, block paving etc
• CSCS essential
• Ideally will have confined spaces, shoring and excavator tickets/training

• Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• DBS check (or willingness to have one)
• MUST live in one of the areas listed above
