Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing. We will work with you from the outset to establish the optimum working pattern that suits your needs as well as those of our business. The roles themselves will provide a wide range of emergency and contracted services to both commercial and domestic customers.
Job Responsibility:
To carry out a range of services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains
To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
To ensure you work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures
To maintain your branded company service vehicle and equipment to the highest standards
Accurately record work / job details via a range of bespoke internal / client systems and applications
Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Commitment to working for a 24/7 and 365 service provider – this may involve participation in on call rotas or occasional unsociable hours
Requirements:
Experience in Drainage essential
High pressure water jetting experience
CSCS
Have experience with CCTV Surveys and Lining an advantage
Will have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude

Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
Hold a full UK driving licence
Must live in the South Yorkshire area
Nice to have:
Have experience with CCTV Surveys and Lining an advantage
