Job Responsibility:
Responding to reactive drainage issues (blockages, backups, faults)
High-pressure water jetting and drain clearance
CCTV surveys and fault diagnosis
Carrying out repairs, excavations, and small civils works
Installing and replacing drainage systems
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in reactive drainage and civils/drainage repairs
Strong knowledge of drainage systems and fault finding
Experience with excavation and reinstatement works
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Must live in the Oxfordshire area
Nice to have:
Streetworks (NRSWA) and/or confined space training
