This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who thrives in both reactive drainage work and planned small civils projects. Job Responsibility:
Responding to reactive drainage issues (blockages, backups, faults)
High-pressure water jetting and drain clearance – internal & external
CCTV surveys and fault diagnosis
Minor dig-ups & repairs carrying out small excavations and small civils works
No-dig localised liner installation and inversion liners
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues
Requirements:
Proven experience in reactive drainage and civils/drainage repairs
Strong knowledge of drainage systems and fault finding
Experience with excavation and reinstatement works
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Streetworks (NRSWA) and/or medium risk confined space (desirable)
Nice to have:
